Experiencing persistent, recurring thoughts, feeling constantly on edge, not sleeping well- anxiety can eat you up from the inside. I can work with you to sort out those anxious thoughts, and also teach you strategies to help increase your sense of calm. 

Couples Therapy

I have learned that good relationships require effort and care. I use the Gottman method to help couples reconnect and strengthen their relationship.  

I also offer premarital counseling to couples who are looking to communicate in a better way, set realistic expectations, and learn skills to manage future conflict.
